Minescape is a free-to-play MMORPG experience built within Minecraft. The Service includes the game client, launcher, website, and all related services.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
  • Engage in any form of real-money trading (RMT)
  • Impersonate staff members or other players
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Distribute malware or harmful content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Minescape are owned by the Minescape Team and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.

6. Virtual Items

Any virtual items, currency, or progress in Minescape have no real-world value. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any virtual items at any time.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms of Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Minescape Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
